DNA Rips

AI Features Addendum

Part of the Terms of Service.

Who is who: Luxe Card Club, LLC and Luxe Inventions LLC

DNA Rips (dnarips.com) and BreakersDNA (breakersdna.com) are run by two different companies. Luxe Card Club, LLC (“Luxe Card Club”), of Boca Raton, Florida, operates DNA Rips: it runs the shows, owns the hosts and studios, and is the seller of record for DNA Rips breaks. Luxe Inventions LLC, doing business as BreakersDNA (“Luxe Inventions”), operates BreakersDNA: it builds the card identification, verification and presentation technology and keeps the break records.

They are separate legal entities, and each is responsible for its own service. They share each other’s services: Luxe Card Club uses Luxe Inventions’ technology and break records to run DNA Rips, and one buyer account works on both dnarips.com and breakersdna.com.

The AI features described in this addendum are provided by Luxe Inventions. Luxe Card Club uses the same technology to run the animated AI hosts of DNA Rips shows, which are always shown as AI. Where this addendum says “BreakersDNA,” it means the platform operated by Luxe Inventions.

This AI Features Addendum is part of the BreakersDNA Terms of Service. It applies when you use the AI Co-Host, live answers on stream, co-host personas, or BRB Mode. “Breaker” and “Platform” have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.

  1. What the AI Co-Host does. BreakersDNA may offer an optional AI co-host (the “Co-Host”) that reads questions from the chat of your live stream and drafts answers. The Co-Host answers only from information you give it (your show sheet) and from your break's live data in BreakersDNA, such as spots sold and cards identified. It does not post in the Platform's chat, and it does not run auctions, change prices, announce promotions, run spins or draw giveaway winners.
  2. You are responsible for what you enable. The Co-Host, live answers on stream, personas and BRB Mode are off unless you turn them on. You are responsible for the accuracy of your show sheet, for reviewing the Co-Host's drafts, and for any answer you allow to be shown on your stream. You can take any answer off your stream at any time.
  3. Estimates and value. The Co-Host is designed not to answer questions about a card's value, authenticity or grade, requests for deals or discounts, complaints, or refund requests. Those are sent to you. Nothing the Co-Host says is a guarantee, an offer, or a statement of a card's value.
  4. BRB Mode. BRB Mode lets you step away from your stream for up to 10 minutes at a time, and only after you have been back on camera for 40 minutes since your last break. While BRB Mode is on: (a) a label on your stream says the host is away and an AI co-host is answering; (b) draws, spins and giveaway draws are locked in BreakersDNA; and (c) if you do not return in time, your stream shows a paused screen and the Co-Host stops answering.
  5. Platform rules come first. Streaming platforms such as Whatnot set their own rules about host presence, engagement and automated tools. You are solely responsible for using the Co-Host and BRB Mode in line with the rules of each Platform you stream on. BreakersDNA's limits are not a statement that any use complies with a Platform's rules. If a Platform restricts or prohibits these features, you must not use them on that Platform.
  6. Records. BreakersDNA keeps a record of each BRB Mode session (start, end, extensions, late returns and blocked actions) and of Co-Host questions and answers. We may share these records with a Platform or with you on request, to show how the features were used.
  7. Availability and changes. These features may be changed, limited or turned off at any time, including for a single account, a single show or all users. They are provided as is, and BreakersDNA does not guarantee that every question will be answered or that every answer will be correct.
  8. Viewer messages. To answer questions, the Co-Host processes the chat messages it reads and the usernames of the viewers who sent them. It uses them only to run the Co-Host for your show.
